Crews have fixed a just past on Route 195, according to Sgt. Richard Cournoyer of Mansfield's Resident State Trooper's Office.
Water has been restored to the immediate area, including Mansfield Town Hall, Cournoyer said.
Businesses along Route 195 are slowly reopening at this time, Cournoyer said.
Roadwork and streetscape improvements in the area are ongoing.
