Budget referendum

NOTICE OF BUDGET REFERENDUM

The Electors of the Town of Mansfield and those qualified to vote in Town Meetings pursuant to Section §C405 of the Town Charter are hereby notified and warned that a budget referendum will be held on June 14, 2011 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Audrey P. Beck Building, 4 South Eagleville Road to take action on the following questions:

 Are you in favor of the budget as adopted on May 10, 2011?

If the budget is defeated, is the town budget portion too high or too low?
 

If the budget is defeated, is the school budget portion too high or too low?

Voting shall be by paper ballot.  Absentee ballots will be available as provided by law to those applying in person at the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours.
