Following the parade, Councilor Christopher Paulhus welcomed residents at Mansfield Center Cemetery, where Town Manager Matthew Hart addressed the public.
"It is important that we take some time today to reflect on the sacrifices that were made by these Americans – by giving up their lives, they made the ultimate sacrifice, one that is not to be taken lightly or complacently," Hart said Monday.
