Voting in Mansfield: What You Need to Know

Vote on 2012 presidential and state elections, as well a a regional referendum question, on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. Do you have all of the information you need to vote in Mansfield?

Voters will be casting ballots [see attached] on a number of races, both on the federal and state level. To learn more about the candidates, check out Mansfield-Storrs Patch's Election Guide.

Residents will also be voting on a regional referendum question: Shall representation on the regional school board be established in accordance with the plan approved by the State Board of Education on August 9, 2012?

The polls will be open Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The locations of the polling places are as follows:

District 1 – Mansfield Community Center; 10 South Eagleville Rd.

District 2 – Mansfield Fire Department Station 107; 889 Stafford Rd.

District 3 – Buchanan Auditorium at the Mansfield Public Library; 54 Warrenville Rd.

District 4 – Annie E. Vinton Elementary School; 306 Stafford Rd.

The Mansfield Registrar of Voters will hold a limited registration session on Nov. 5 from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. for residents whose qualifications as to age, citizenship or residence was attained since the Oct. 30 cutoff date.
