Home Sales in Mansfield: October 12-18

The most expensive transaction was for $16,075,000.

Mansfield Town Assessor Irene Luciano said the town is still holding steady in the real estate market, despite the low number of property transactions in Mansfield this week.

“It doesn't concern me," Luciano said. "The downtown [Storrs Center] is moving along and we’ve had a couple of businesses open," she said.

“Our biggest sale this week gave us a boost," Luciano said.
