Afternoon, Evening Classes at UConn Cancelled
A winter weather advisory remains in effect for the Mansfield area.
Due to the threat of inclement weather, the (Storrs campus) has cancelled all afternoon and evening classes that begin at 3 p.m. or later, according to a weather alert on the UConn Today Web site.
Staff will not be released early.
According to the National Weather Service, snow will begin between 1 and 3 p.m. Wednesday, and will be heavy at times with an accumulation of two to four inches of a wintry mix of snow and ice.
