Early Dismissal for Mansfield Public Schools, E.O. Smith
There is a winter weather advisory in effect for the Mansfield area.
Due to the threat of inclement weather, Mansfield Public Schools will have an early dismissal today, Wednesday, Feb. 29.
Morning preschool and half-day kindergarten will be extended until dismissal at 12:45pm, according to the Connecticut Weather Center.
Afternoon preschool is cancelled.

According to the National Weather Service, snow will begin between 1 and 3 p.m. Wednesday, and will be heavy at times with an accumulation of two to four inches of a wintry mix of snow and ice.
