A note from the Office of the Lt. Governor:
Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman Wednesday will greet UConn’s NCAA national champion women’s basketball team when they arrive at Bradley International Airport from New Orleans. The team is expected to arrive at approximately 3:30 p.m.
A short public event will follow featuring remarks from head coach Geno Auriemma. Members of the public are invited to greet the team in an area near the intersection of Route 75 and Firehouse Road in Windsor Locks.
