Mansfield Public Schools, EO Smith, UConn on Delayed Openings
The early November snow has caused the schools to open later than normal.
The Mansfield Public School system announced this morning that schools will open 90-minutes later than normal. The same is true for Regional 19/EO Smith, which will also open on a 90-mintue delay.
The University of Connecticut will resume classes at 11 a.m.
