Mansfield Superintendent of Schools Placed on Administrative Leave

The superintendent has received $50,000 in gas mileage reimbursement over two years.

Mansfield Superintendent of Schools Fred Baruzzi has been placed on administrative leave by the Board of Education while it investigates mileage reimbursement he's received from the district, WFSB 3 reports. 
Baruzzi, who receives a $151,000 annual salary, had received $50,000 in gas mileage reimbursement from the district over a two-year period, WFSB reports. 
Baruzzi will remain on leave until the investigation is concluded.
