Norma Fisher-Doiron, Principal at Southeast Elementary School, released the following statement Monday to the Mansfield Public Schools community.
Dear Parents,
I know many of you may be wondering how our day went. I can report our day at Southeast was remarkably routine and uneventful. Staff greeted the students as they arrived to school this morning. The morning message was - "Southeast School is a great place to teach and learn. Let's all take a moment to think about how all of us at Southeast School can be kind, caring and support each other." Our students were great!
Thank you for supporting us through a very difficult and emotional day. Together we were able to provide a secure and safe place for your children. As we progress through the week, please know that we value your sense of concern and welcome your input.
