Southeast Elementary School is closing at 12:45 p.m. Thursday due to a power outage, according to an e-mail message from the school.
Students will be sent to the destination parents/guardians provided earlier in the year on the school's Emergency Early Closing form.
Parents should have already received an automated phone message, according to the alert.
Twenty-three percent of CL&P customers in Mansfield are currently without power, according to the company's outage map.
