Start of School Delayed for Mansfield Public Schools
As of Tuesday afternoon, Mansfield's schools were still without power.
The Mansfield Board of Education Office has announced that there will be no school Wednesday, August 31.
The first day of school will now be Tuesday, September 6.
A decision will be made Wednesday as to whether teachers will be asked to report to their respective schools on Thursday morning for a professional day.
