Storrs Resident Receives 2012-13 Fulbright Award

Local woman will spend the coming academic year abroad.

Susannah Hufstader, a graduating senior at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, has been awarded a grant from the Fulbright U.S. Student Program to spend the coming academic year abroad. Hufstader, who is majoring in history and German studies, is the daughter of Jonathan Hufstader and Janis Franklin of Storrs, and attended . She will teach English in Germany.
