Hopper, certified Hatha Yoga instructor, will lead you in a combination of
physical postures and breathing that helps develop core body strength, improves
balance, flexibility and endurance while calming the mind, reducing stress and bringing
greater awareness of the present. You need to bring a yoga mat (towel not
recommended), a small blanket, comfortable, loose clothing (no loose, long
pants; must be able to see knees) and bare feet. Yoga blocks and straps
will be available to all at each class.
