About the instuctor: Rachel Tambling
Rachel began practicing yoga in 2000, and holds her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification. She is a long time runner and athlete who came to the mat to learn focus and increase flexibility. She is an RRCA certified distance running coach, president of an RRCA running club, running and fitness blogger, and active runner, Crossfitter and tri-athlete. She is a licensed marriage and family thereapist and professor at Uconn.
