Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts

<p>The Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts serves as the performing arts venue on the University of Connecticut campus. The events held at Jorgensen prove varied and extensive. Concerts, lectures, comedy shows, ballets and theater performances are available to UConn students, staff and anyone else interested in attending. </p> <p>Jorgensen also actively participates in youth outreach through its program JOY, or Jorgensen Outreach for Youth. The center invites low-income children and young adults to art events and helps educate the community through art. </p>
