Peter Leeds, Neighbor

Peter Leeds is a long-time resident of Willimantic, and although many people in the community think of him as "the sports guy" because he sort of is just that, he is also a local realtor, community activist, and promoter of things Willimantic and Windham.  He walks and bikes the streets and roads of Windham and Willimantic, affording him a paced view that some other observers may not get.
