Your efforts will help an incredible group of Haitian women create jobs and bring in revenue to an impoverished but hard working part of the world.

All money raised for this event will support the strengthening of an important community business started by GFDAG, The Women's Group for the Development and Advancement of Gran Sous, on the island of La Gonave, Haiti. In order to independently raise money to help area orphans and other vulnerable children stay in school, the women of GFDAG purchase non-perishable food items in bulk in Port-au-Prince and resell them for a profit on La Gonave. The business, completely community run, creates jobs and brings in revenue to maintain past projects and fund future projects.
