SOUND BATH MEDITATION AND RELAXATION IN STORRS CT&nbsp;
Details: We will be offering a unique soundscape experience:Take a mystical journey through sound at the Quaker Meeting House on 5/11/2024 from 3:00-4:30pm.&nbsp;
Immerse yourself in a symphony of healing vibrations that promote relaxation, self discovery and inner balance. Join us for an unforgettable experience of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, didgeridoo, Koshi Chimes and much much more.What you need to know and bring:Ideally you’ll be lying down but there will be chairs for those who choose to sit. Bring what will make you most comfortable! Pillows/blankets/yoga mat etc. Individuals/Children are welcome as long as they can be still/quiet for 75 minutes.&nbsp;
